Aloha! We have had a very busy week building our Redwoods, practicing for the final performance, and competing in BDS Idol. I am so proud of all the First graders for participating in the BDS Idol. First grade is definitely full of very talented singers.
Here are a few reminders for the week:
- Wear P.E. wear on Monday.
- Free Dress all week.
- Uniform sale is this Wednesday.
- Final performance is Thursday at 6:30.
- Don't forget to turn in your permission slips and payment for our field trip to Collins Water Park. We will be going to the park on Friday.
What's going on in class....
With it being the end of the year, the students are exhausted! So, I will not be introducing any new materials. The kiddos will finish up several projects that relate to our unit. They will also participate in several educational games that will review skills they have learned throughout the year. I am in need of 100 water balloons for one of the activities. Please let me know if you would be willing to buy and fill up these balloons for an activity on Wednesday.
