Thanksgiving is here! I know we are all excited to have a few days off of school to spend time with our family. Because of the short week, we will not have spelling or vocabulary words. In class, we will be reviewing skills that I have already taught in every subject. Kristi and I are planning on having the students complete another Star Reader test and oral fluency test. We will be pulling the kids randomly to accomplish this task. I have many fun hands-on activities planned and am looking forward to a couple of days of Thanksgiving crafts and games. In the next few weeks, we are going to need a few supplies. I have listed the supplies below. Please let me know if you will be able to help.
Supplies needed:
- 2 coffee cans for each student with holes on each side (We are making stilts.)
- sequins and craft jewels
- craft pom poms
- pipe cleaners
- googley eyes of all sizes
